Common Issues
- Fax not delivered: Verify the recipient fax number is correct and the receiving machine is powered on. Some fax machines reject calls from internet-based services.
- PDF upload issues: Ensure your file is a valid PDF under 10 MB. Scanned documents and image-based PDFs are supported.
- Billing questions: Premium subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Contact us for refund requests.
